Lucy Clark required a sensitive and professional digital presence to establish her private practice as a safe, accessible space for adults navigating life’s challenges. The goal was to move beyond a simple directory listing and create a dedicated platform that clearly communicates her trauma-informed approach and integrative methods, such as CBT, EFT, and the Rewind Technique.

The project focused on building a trustworthy interface that emphasizes Lucy’s professional credentials as a BACP member and her extensive experience with sexual violence support and neurodiversity. A primary objective was to lower the barrier for those seeking help by offering a “calm and supportive” digital environment, featuring clear calls to action for free introductory calls and various contact channels including WhatsApp and email.

We worked closely with Lucy to ensure the website spoke directly to her diverse client base—from individuals struggling with anxiety and grief to those within the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. The bespoke design features a soothing aesthetic that mirrors the tranquil environment of her Somerset House practice, while dedicated landing pages for regional hubs like Llandudno Junction and Colwyn Bay ensure visibility for local residents.

Since the launch, the website has served as a vital bridge between Lucy and those in need of support. It has successfully streamlined the enquiry process, providing a professional “digital front door” that has led to a consistent flow of session bookings and increased awareness of her specialized trauma services across North Wales and beyond.
